Big Ivy Beef is pasture-raised with intention—on land managed using regenerative practices that build soil health, support biodiversity, and restore natural cycles. Our cattle graze in rotational patterns that mimic nature, helping to sequester carbon and promote stronger forage growth. Finished with a carefully balanced non-gmo grain ration to maximize flavor, our beef reflects a commitment to both taste and ecological responsibility. The result is rich, well-marbled meat raised with care for the land, the animal, and the people we feed. Some of the cuts you'll receive are: Short Ribs, Shoulder Roast, Brisket, Rib Eye Steak, NY Strip, Tenderloin, Flank Steak, Skirt Steak, Tri Tip Roast, Sirloin Steak, Rump Roast, Tip Roast, Eye of Round Roast, London Broil, Cubed (tenderized steak), Beef Tips, Beef Stew, Ground Beef, and Organ Meats if available. For half cow orders we offer customization of cuts when possible and free delivery within 40 miles of Barnardsville, NC
